Payment Terms, Subscription Plans & Fees

Subscription Plans

sportsinAfrica offers various subscription plans tailored to different user needs.

These plans can include access to premium content, event listings, marketing tools, or other specialized features depending on the plan selected.

Subscription plans will be billed on a 6 monthly basis or according to the plan you select during registration.

Subscription fees will be displayed clearly at the time of purchase and will automatically be renewed unless cancelled.

Payments for subscription plans are processed via a secure payment gateway, and you must provide accurate and payment details (such as credit card information or any alternative payment method accepted by sportsinAfrica).

Payment Process

Subscription fees are due in full at the time of registration or renewal. You will be notified before any automatic renewal to ensure you can review and confirm the renewal terms.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars. Taxes or additional charges may apply, depending on your Country of billing.

If you fail to make payment by the due date, sportsinAfrica reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to subscription-based services until payment is received.

In case of payment issues (such as declined credit cards or expired payment methods), you will receive an alert, and your account may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the specific subscription plan terms.

If you believe there has been an error in the billing process, please contact sportsinAfrica support team within 30 days from the charge date to resolve the issue.

Price Changes

sportsinAfrica reserves the right to change subscription fees, either on a one-time basis or for recurring charges. You will be notified of any such changes 30 days in advance, and the new fees will apply to your next billing cycle.

Cancellation and Account Suspension

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, either via your account settings on SportsinAfrica.com or by contacting customer support.

Cancellations must be processed before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period. Cancellations will take effect immediately upon processing, and you will lose access to subscription-based features from that point onward.

If you cancel before the end of a paid billing period, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current period, and no refund will be issued for the unused time.

Cancellation requests made after payment will not be eligible for a refund.

Account Suspension

sportsinAfrica reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to comply with the Terms of Use, including failure to make timely payments or violations related to the content you submit or share on the Website.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified via the email address associated with your account. You will be given a grace period to resolve any issues (such as unpaid invoices) or rectify any breaches of these Terms.

Accounts that are suspended due to non-payment will remain suspended until payment is received in full.

In extreme cases of policy violations, your account may be permanently terminated without the possibility of reinstatement, and all your content or data may be permanently deleted.

Refunds upon Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused subscription period. If you believe your account was wrongfully suspended or terminated, you may appeal the decision by contacting SportsinAfrica support team, explaining the situation, and providing relevant documentation or evidence.

Automatic Renewal and Cancellation Process

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, unless cancelled. You can manage your renewal settings from the account page.

To cancel your subscription, follow the cancellation process outlined in the account settings, or contact SportsinAfrica support for assistance.

You will receive a reminder about the upcoming renewal 14 days before your plan is due to renew.

Changes to these Payments Terms of Use

We may revise or make changes to these Payments Terms of Use from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Payments Terms  of Use  and update the Effective Date above. If the changes, in our sole discretion, are material, we may also notify you by sending an email to the address associated with your Account or by otherwise providing you with notice through this website. By continuing to access or use the website on or after the Effective Date of the revised Payments Terms of Use, you agree to be bound by the revised Payments Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the revised Payments Terms of Use, you must stop accessing and using our website before the changes become effective.
